the hotel transfer greeted us right away , and we reached the resort quickly and comfortably.

the food is below average across all restaurants. the price paid does not match the quality of food and services , and this is unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber. i expected a much higher culinary standard considering the overall cost of the stay. the lack of attention to detail in the food preparation was disappointing.

I stayed in a beachfront villa and loved having direct access to the white sand. the villa included a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles. I found it very convenient to explore the island. the multiple restaurants offered diverse menus, and i found the food AMAZING!!!

the standard all-inclusive package did have limited options, needing an upgrade for premium drinks.

I found the buggy service really unreliable. i'd call and wait, but it often was like NO ONE was coming. we ended up walking most of the time. also, the turn-down service wasn't consistent. Sometimes it happened, sometimes not. beds remained untouched, and towels piled up. it was all just a little disappointing given the price

the staff showed sincere care and worked hard. they made our holiday special. our silver family suite was spacious. the beaches seemed like a dream and dining spots have many choices. it.

the buggy service takes a while. we were left waiting for 20 minutes once. it happened after we were told one was coming. this could be better.

the transfer from malÉ was very well organised , a detail i noted.

the buggy service was often quite slow , i waited an unreasonable amount of time on a few occasions. i was informed a buggy was on its way , however , twenty minutes elapsed while i remained in the heat. the app did not seem to improve the situation , as responses were occasionally curt.
