average food low quality
the hotel transfer greeted us right away , and we reached the resort quickly and comfortably.
the food is below average across all restaurants. the price paid does not match the quality of food and services , and this is unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber. i expected a much higher culinary standard considering the overall cost of the stay. the lack of attention to detail in the food preparation was disappointing.

rockin' maldives experience!
beachfront villa direct access spacious bathroom complimentary bicycles
I stayed in a beachfront villa and loved having direct access to the white sand. the villa included a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower. the hotel provided complimentary bicycles. I found it very convenient to explore the island. the multiple restaurants offered diverse menus, and i found the food AMAZING!!!
the standard all-inclusive package did have limited options, needing an upgrade for premium drinks.

inconsistent service and some ISSUES
unreliable buggy inconsistent service
I found the buggy service really unreliable. i'd call and wait, but it often was like NO ONE was coming. we ended up walking most of the time. also, the turn-down service wasn't consistent. Sometimes it happened, sometimes not. beds remained untouched, and towels piled up. it was all just a little disappointing given the price

paradise found, a tender symphony of service
sincere care spacious suite dream beaches
the staff showed sincere care and worked hard. they made our holiday special. our silver family suite was spacious. the beaches seemed like a dream and dining spots have many choices. it.
the buggy service takes a while. we were left waiting for 20 minutes once. it happened after we were told one was coming. this could be better.

The hotel is nearby the airport. A short boat ride carries guests to the island. the closeness makes travels easy and begins the holiday almost right after one arrives. the views extend far.

slow buggy service curt responses
the transfer from malÉ was very well organised , a detail i noted.
the buggy service was often quite slow , i waited an unreasonable amount of time on a few occasions. i was informed a buggy was on its way , however , twenty minutes elapsed while i remained in the heat. the app did not seem to improve the situation , as responses were occasionally curt.
